Most Trusted Brand for Home Care in Vic/Tas

Organisational
Uniting AgeWell is thrilled to have been voted by Australian consumers as the Most Trusted Brand in the highly competitive category of Home Care Vic/Tas, in the 2025 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey, now in its 26th year.
Based entirely on consumer feedback, these awards reflect the genuine opinions of the public – highlighting brands that have earned the confidence and loyalty of everyday Australians.
Attending the awards presentation in Sydney on Thursday, 12 June was Uniting AgeWell Deputy Chief Executive Fonda Voukelatos and Director Regional Victoria Home Care Meagan Thomas.
In accepting the award, Fonda said this was great recognition for Uniting AgeWell who now serves more than 18,000 customers across home care and community services, residential care and retirement living.
“The award reflects Uniting AgeWell’s collective commitment to growth and excellence in home and community services. Importantly, it shows what a difference our staff make. Every member of the team can feel justifiably proud of this achievement.”
A Trusted Brand is distinguished by its ability to remain relevant, dependable, and authentic in an ever-changing market. While some brands enjoy global recognition, it is their strong local connection and commitment to consistent quality that truly resonate with Australian consumers.
Uniting AgeWell CEO Andrew Kinnersly says, “Our values are extremely important as they inform every interaction we have with our customers. So too is building trust and connection. We see both our customers and their families reassured knowing they have access to skilled and caring staff who are committed to supporting them every step of the way.”
Thank you to Reader’s Digest and the consumers who voted for Uniting AgeWell.
