We have five two-bedroom units on offer as well as 11 social housing units, making for a tight-knit community. You’ll have access to off-street parking and can walk to the local park, pub and even the iconic Mona.

We’re a short stroll from Glenrochy City bowls and tennis clubs, Moorilla Winery and lovely parklands. You can also pop into our co-located residential care site Rosetta Community, Strathglen to enjoy shared facilities like their lively cafe, cocktail bar, stunning gardens and BBQ facilities or pick up a project in the Men’s Shed.

We’re a five-minute drive from Glenorchy Plaza, Northgate Shopping Centre and Claremont Central Shopping Centre, 15 minutes from Newtown Plaza, and 20 minutes from the CBD.
Life’s little comforts
Uniting AgeWell assists with building maintenance and gardening. Our onsite staff are also always on hand to help, you can order meals from our residential care community for an additional fee.
