We have 14 affordable and appealing one-bedroom units at Montrose, each of them featuring 180-degree views of the stunning Derwent River. Put up your feet in the lovely lounge room, brew a cup of tea in your kitchenette, and feel at ease. All units feature an accessible bathroom and access to our communal laundry facilities. Rent is payable on a fortnightly basis.

Montrose is an ideal community to call home, just a short distance from the stunning boardwalk and foreshore community park. For days you feel like being inside, visit the on-site Community Hall to join our social activities.
