Latvian Community Retirement Village
With expansive gardens, community amenities and its own aged care residence on site, Latvian Community Retirement Village is an ideal place to call home.

Our difference
Located in a quiet crescent in the heart of Wantirna South, Latvian Community Retirement Village offers convenience and peace of mind. You can maintain an independent lifestyle and rest easy knowing extra support is close at hand.
It’s easy to get involved in community life, enjoy social activities and remain connected to family and friends. And while our cultural roots are strong, we are proudly inclusive, welcoming residents from all cultural backgrounds.
Retirement living designed for you
We have a total of 53 one and two-bedroom units in our supportive and tight-knit community. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with a modern kitchen, accessible bathroom and delightful outdoor area. Enjoy the established gardens around you and views of the Dandenong Ranges as well.
Make the most of every day
Join in the wide range of community activities, including our Novus Club and exciting functions - there’s always something happening. There’s a village bus and we’re close to all the local amenities, including Knox City. And with no maintenance to worry about, you’ll have more time to do the things you enjoy.
Life’s little comforts
The 737 bus stop is just a short walk from the village, taking you to local shops, parks and more. Your unit also comes with a parking space which makes it easy to get out and about on your own.
