The ownership of Latvian Community was transferred to Uniting AgeWell in June 2025. Originally established and operated by the Latvian Friendly Society, the home proudly retains its deep community connections, traditions and rich history.

Stunning expansive gardens
Our extensive grounds are complete with established trees, including a birch wood. Residents can easily access the memory support garden, while green thumbs can get busy in the veggie garden. The internal garden is also easily accessible for residents.
European-style meals
We prepare fresh, European-style meals onsite which are much-loved by residents.
Community Hall
Our Community Hall is where our social events take place, complete with a stage and grand piano for visiting performers.
Hairdressing service
Always look and feel your best by visiting our attentive hairdresser. All residents are welcome to book in weekly.
Inclusive chapel
All residents are welcome to use our chapel to practice their beliefs. You can also attend our inclusive religious services.
Co-located independent retirement living
We make the transition between independent living and residential aged care easy, also offering a solution for those who have a partner or loved one that has different living requirements to themselves. Latvian Community Retirement Village has 53 units and is only a short stroll away through our gardens.

Accommodation and pricing
Feel right at home in our quality accommodation
We have a total of 54 beds.
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation with a RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit), a DAP (Daily Accommodation Payment), or a combination of both payment methods.
