Your dedicated Care Advisor will review your services at least once every 12 months, ensuring that you are still receiving the most suitable services for you, that your rights are being respected, and that the services you are receiving align with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Home care helps you enjoy the comforts of your home for longer, while receiving a little extra help when you need it.  

Your home care services will be fully tailored to your needs and preferences, supporting you to age in place.  

Your first home visit will be free, with fair, transparent pricing after this.  

Home care is suitable for those who wish to live independently in their own home, but are now finding it difficult to do some things for themselves. Your services can be fully tailored to you and easily adjusted if your needs change.  

Depending on the complexity of your needs and the hours of care required, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package, Short-Term Restorative Care Package or Commonwealth Home Support Programme services. 

Services can be government-subsidised or you may choose to pay for services privately.
